IMPLEMENTATION DESCRIPTION

Pushcha-Vodytsya is located on the north-western outskirts of Kyiv in the Obolon district. Most of the area is mostly pine forest (about 70%). Among the dense forests are rivers, ponds and lakes.

In this ecologically clean area, among picturesque forests and clean air, a low-rise building of the Apart-Complex in the Vodice Forest was designed.

Complex in Pushcha Voditsa for those residents who care about nature and clean air. And in order to integrate into the ecological area as much as possible – the residential complex is made with the help of modern technologies and has a high quality of construction.

To distribute and convert voltage and supply electricity to consumers through cable networks – the company ABETON has designed a concrete block complete transformer substation type BKTP. Manufacturing and installation of BKTP was performed by highly qualified specialists of ABETON, in compliance with all quality requirements.

The transformer substation consists of four reinforced concrete blocks – two ground and two foundation three-dimensional blocks. To prevent moisture from entering the BCTP, a special sealing composition is used to cover the walls. Concrete blocks are made of high quality materials, thanks to which the structures are strong, waterproof, resistant to heat and frost, ultraviolet and other negative external factors.

Decorative plaster is applied to the outer walls of the BKTP and painted in the customer’s color, which will optimally fit the new structure into the surrounding landscape of the residential complex. Inside the concrete structure is equipped with electrical equipment of various configurations for the power supply of the residential complex. Gates, grilles for windows and doors are made of metal and installed in accordance with building codes and regulations to ensure maximum ventilation of the BKTP structure.
