Block complete transformer substation of BKTP type. Residential complex Parkove Misto, Kyiv

To ensure a stable and uninterrupted power supply to the complex, ABETON has implemented a project for a concrete block transformer substation (BCTP). The manufacturing and installation of the BCTP was carried out by highly qualified ABETON specialists in compliance with all quality and safety requirements.

IMPLEMENTATION DESCRIPTION

The Parkove Misto residential complex is located in Podilskyi district of Kyiv and is unique for the capital, as it has its own landscaped park with lakes, walking paths and recreation areas. The harmonious combination of modern architecture and natural landscape creates ideal conditions for a comfortable life.

To ensure a stable and uninterrupted power supply to the complex, ABETON has implemented a project for a concrete block transformer substation (BCTP). The manufacturing and installation of the BCTP was carried out by highly qualified ABETON specialists in compliance with all quality and safety requirements.

The substation structure consists of four reinforced concrete blocks – two ground blocks and two three-dimensional foundation blocks. To protect against moisture, the walls are treated with a special sealing compound, which ensures the durability of the structure. Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, the concrete blocks are durable, waterproof and resistant to climatic influences.

In order to harmoniously integrate the substation into the architectural design of the residential complex, its exterior walls are covered with decorative plaster and painted in a color that meets the customer’s requirements. Inside, the structure is equipped with modern electrical equipment necessary for reliable power supply to the residential complex. Metal doors and ventilation grilles are manufactured and installed in accordance with building codes, ensuring safety and efficient ventilation.
