The sludge separator is made of concrete according to the EN 12566-1 standard.
The product is available in two different sizes:
1. 4 m³ approx. The volume of sludge is 2.8 m³
2. 7 m³ approx. The volume of sludge is 6.0 m³
Standard sizes with larger volumes can be made to order if required.

Sludge separator, available in different sizes. The diameter of the separator varies from DN 2000 – 2400 depending on the load and the number of connected units / persons. However, the size should be taken into account in each case, because it is the amount of sludge, which is usually different. As a rule, expect from 250 liters of sludge per person per year for houses with toilets.

The advantage of sludge separators is its hydraulic properties. The design provides
so that the flow of water is distributed over a large area through the distribution plate, and the speed of water
decreases to a minimum. This, together with the vertical flow conditions, results in a very low
particle velocity, which in turn leads to better deposition of sludge particles.
