ABETON has completed another stage in the construction of modern production infrastructure – the manufacture and supply of reinforced concrete columns of types K-1…K-7 for the frame construction of a warehouse as part of the expansion of the customer’s capacities in Kyiv.

This project has become an example of effective cooperation between two companies that share the same principles: technological efficiency, high quality and responsibility in their work. ABETON manufactured and supplied reinforced concrete columns of types K-1…K-7 for the construction of the frame part of the warehouse. All elements were manufactured taking into account the design loads, geometry and requirements for strength and durability.

 

TECHNICAL FEATURES OF THE COLUMNS:

• Columns are key load-bearing elements of frame construction that bear vertical loads from roofs, floors and enclosing structures.
• Made of high-quality concrete and reliable reinforcement for stable and long-term operation.
• Possible parameters: cross-section from 300×300 mm to 1200×1200 mm, length — up to 24 m.
• Installation is carried out by placing the columns in foundation cups with subsequent concreting — this technology ensures the rigidity and stability of the entire structure.
