Support pillows are reinforced concrete products with a rectangular or square shape. They are made of heavy concrete of design grade with a compressive strength of at least M-200 (- 15). The support pillow is reinforced with welded grids made of class A-III steel. OP found a wide range of applications both in civil construction and in the construction of industrial facilities, laying engineering networks. Due to its multifunctionality in various branches of the construction industry.
The main function performed by the support cushions is the uniform distribution of the load coming from reinforced concrete products (runs, stairwells, trays of engineering networks) directly to the foundation where these structures are mounted, thanks to the increase in the support area. The standard yield strength of concrete in support pillows (slabs) should be at least 70% of the accepted design grade of concrete. But in the case of construction work in the winter period, or in other cases when the construction conditions do not allow increasing the strength of concrete, the base plates should be supplied with the strength of concrete – 100% of the design grade of concrete.

Pipelines of various purposes, electric cables and electric buses can be laid in channels and tunnels. It is possible to use channels for direct transportation of liquids.
