Ecostep Fat grease separators are used to prevent grease from sewage from the network. They are from individual plants and animal fat from wastewater. They should be used in places where high concentrations of fat may be formed. For example, wastewater from large kitchens, food factories, hotels and more.
Ecostep Fat fat separators are made of concrete and can be presented with the following capacities of NS (nominal size) 2, 4, 7, 10, 15, and 25 l / s. NS is an indeterminate numerical value of the capacity (liters per second) of the fat separator, determined experimentally
Ecostep Fat separators come with a conical or flat top plate, and the top cover is marked “Fat separators”. All internal structures consist of stainless steel, resistant to grease, and rubber seals and comply with DSTU 3013-95 “Rules for control over the management of rain and snow wastewater in the city and industrial enterprises”, “Rules for acceptance of wastewater from utilities and departments” . sewerage systems of settlements of Ukraine ”.
Function
The Ecostep Fat grease separator is a gravimetric separator that separates fat from wastewater. The fat, which is lighter than water, rises to the surface of the water and separately from the outlet located near the separator.

Settling tank

Alarms
Fat separators can be equipped with fat level indicators. Indicators do not reach the level of fat in the separators, and also report the need to remove fat fats, ie indicate the elimination of the economic effect and environmentally friendly way. The control unit and sensors were tested for use in an explosive atmosphere.
