ABIG PLAST sleeve pipes are used to connect the collector to the bottom of the manhole or chamber. They are used for laying underground pipelines transporting household liquids, atmospheric wastewater, groundwater and industrial liquids that are not aggressive to concrete, for culverts under roads, and as cases under roads.

ABIG PLAST sleeved pipes are reinforced concrete non-pressure pipes with protective polyethylene casings. The pipes are manufactured using vertical molding technology by vibropressing. The polyethylene protective sheath has T-shaped anchors that are monolithically embedded in the pipe walls during its molding, ensuring reliable adhesion to the pipe. The protective liner is made of low-pressure polyethylene (LDPE) and is designed to ensure durability (at least 50 years) and water resistance of sewer pipes when operating under conditions of highly aggressive environment inside the pipes against concrete (reinforced concrete). PNT is resistant to concentrated hydrochloric, carboxylic and hydrofluoric acids, oils, fats, alkalis, salt solutions, resistant to gasoline, low temperatures, plastic and has good impact resistance.

Marking:

Tig is a cylindrical seam pipe with an integrated sealing ring.

Tg is a cylindrical seam pipe with a stepped surface of the sleeve end and sealing with a free wedge-shaped rubber sealing ring.

The first group of digits indicates the diameter of the nominal passage in mm, the second – the useful length in mm, For example, Tig-800×2400 DSTU EN 1916 is a standing seam pipe with an integrated rubber seal with a diameter of 800 mm and a length of 2400 mm.

Abig is a standing seam pipe with an integrated rubber sealing ring.

Abg – standing seam pipes with a loose rubber sealing ring.

The prefix “v” (Abig Tig-800×2400-v DSTU EN 1916) means that the pipe is sleeved.

Plast pipes are labeled with an additional postfix “P”. For example, Abig Plast Tig-1000×2400- v-P DSTU EN 1916
